Project Status: Nearly Completed

We partnered with Verono Homes to build 27 small-lot subdivision homes in North Hollywood, CA. This involved subdividing 5 existing lots in 27 individual lots. These homes range from 1,624-1,846 sq ft and the mix of style and location are exactly what millennial home buyers are looking for in today’s market. Sales have been completed and these homes will deliver in early 2021.

Project Status: Under Construction

We partnered with Verono Homes to build 10 small-lot subdivision homes in North Hollywood, CA. This involved subdividing 2 existing lots in 10 individual lots. These homes are all 3 bedrooms with a rooftop deck.  The mix of style and location are exactly what millennial home buyers are looking for in today’s market. Sales will begin in the Q3 ‘21 and homes will be delivered in Q4 ‘21.

Project Date: Under Construction

This partnership with South Bay Developers is to build a 15-unit mixed use building in Gardena, CA. We partnered with them after the entitlements were completed and are projecting a 2-year construction timeline. We believe the 14 well appointed apartment units and single retail space at the ground level will make this a very desirable building to sell upon completion or hold for long-term cash flow. 

Project Status: Listed for Sale

We are partnered with Verono Homes to build this 11 luxury townhouse style apartment complex in Hollywood CA. This building is in a highly walkable part of Los Angeles and the luxury finishes will make it very desirable to both tenants and a future owner. The project is nearly completed and will begin leasing up units this year.

Project Status: Under Construction

Capital Stack partnered with South Bay Developers to build this 34-Unit mixed use development in San Pedro. This project was in an Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) and is just a few blocks from the waterfront that is being redeveloped in San Pedro. After getting the project entitled, we partnered with an OZ Fund to build and hold this building for the required amount of time per the OZ guidelines. 

Project Status: Completed

We worked with Verono Homes to build 18 units in Boyle Heights, CA. This unique development consisted of 5 parcels on the same street, each with 3 duplexes for a total of 6 units per lot. Boyle Heights is an up and coming area just outside downtown Los Angeles. These units rented quickly and the simplicity of the construction allowed Verono to get all 30 units completed in less than 2 years.
